COME HAVE A BLAST AT POWER LAB VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL. This science-based theme allows children to take part in fun Bible learning they can see, hear, touch and even taste. The dates are June 23-27, 9:00am-12:00pm. Registration begins May 11. MAY WE BORROW ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR VBS? Barrels, hula hoops, rope lights, old 5 gallon water jugs, bubble machine, pool noodles, wadding pools, large cinder blocks, big buckets, spray bottles, leaf blower, beach towels, large blue tarp, turkey basters, big clear bowl, 20 gallon empty aquarium, 8 lbs. or less bowling ball, 13 lbs. or more bowling ball, blue bed sheets, lab coats, refrigerator box. Our theme is Science, so if you have any other items you think would work for decorating, please see Katy. We wouldn’t need these items until mid-June, but you are welcome to bring them to Rm #2 in the lower level ahead of time. JOIN THE POWER LAB TEAM! Check out all the ways you can get involved in VBS this year: Preschool- 3, 4 or 5 year old crew leader, storyteller or science rotation teacher. Elementary-Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th crew leader, art/missions, snack, games, science or storytelling teacher. We also need help decorating after church on Sunday, June 22 (or beforehand if you are available during the day) and with registration. See Katy if you want to get involved! |
